At Felonious Brews, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality coffee products. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our beverages and coffee products, all sales are final.
No Returns
For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, Felonious Brews does not accept returns of any consumable products, including but not limited to:
- Coffee beans
- Ground coffee
- Single-origin coffees
- House blends
- Flavored coffees
- Cold brew products
- Gift sets containing consumable products
Once an order has been shipped or delivered, it cannot be returned.
No Refunds
Because our products are food and beverage items, we do not offer refunds for:
- Personal taste preferences
- Roast or flavor selection preferences
- Orders placed incorrectly
- Accidental purchases
- Changes of mind after purchase
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions before completing their purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or if the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

- Clear photos of the product and packaging
After review, Felonious Brews may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or other appropriate resolution.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in working with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
